Conduct in home/on site estate sales and Downsizing services
Estate sales are a large scale liquidation of an entire residence. Everything is advertised and priced to be sold to patrons who move freely throughout the home or designated sale area. Entire homes and condos can be liquidated. Almost everything in the home has some value to someone so we request you do not throw away or donate any items. That can be taken care of after the sale. We sell large items as well. Think snowblowers, cars, boats, trailers, lawnmowers.
Clean out services
After a sale is complete, you can expect 10-25% of goods to remain. For an extra fee, we will pack, haul and donate all items to local charities if applicable leaving your space cleared out and ready to sell.
Residential Clean
After the home is empty, we offer a residential clean of the property for an additional fee. The home is fully ready for real estate showings and photos without you having to lift a finger.
